Do You Need a Tesla-Certified Shop?
For most repairs, no.
Tesla restricts certain types of work — structural aluminum, airbag components, and battery-adjacent repairs — to their approved collision centers. Those jobs need to go there, and we’ll tell you if yours is one of them.
But the vast majority of claims don’t fall into that category. Parking lot scrapes, bumper damage, hail, door dings, paint scratches — that’s where most people’s repair needs actually live, and that’s exactly what we handle every day.
We are I-CAR certified with EV-trained technicians. We assess your damage before we write an estimate. If it’s something we shouldn’t touch, we’ll say so. If it’s the everyday stuff — and it usually is — we’ll get it done faster and for less than a dealership body shop.

Claims Assistance
We will beat any written estimate.
Insurance, Cost, and Timeline
We work directly with all major insurance carriers, including State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, Nationwide, and Travelers. We handle the paperwork, communicate with your adjuster, and manage the entire claims process on your behalf. You shouldn’t have to fight with your insurance company on top of dealing with an accident.
We also help customers save up to $700 on their deductible. Ask us about it when you call.
EV repairs do cost more than equivalent gas-car repairs — aluminum, sensors, and battery-isolation labor add up. Even so, we beat any written estimate and typically come in 30 to 50% below dealership body shops. Most bumper jobs wrap up in one to three days. Multi-panel repairs run one to three weeks depending on parts availability.
If your EV isn’t drivable, call us. We offer free towing within San Antonio.
